Ra One Release Date

We have received several e-mails over the past few weeks, regarding the release date of Ra One. Many believe that Ra One is confirmed for release during the Christmas weekend. Well, its not true.
Shahrukh Khan’s Ra One will release on October 26th 2011. The film was first scheduled to be released in the month of June, but was postponed later due to the massive post-production work involved. As we reported yesterday, the final-cut of Ra One is now complete and SRK and Anubhav Sinha (director) are currently working out the promotional strategies for the sci-fi thriller.
About the Christmas weekend release, the confusion is due to the fact that, another Shahrukh Khan film – Don 2directed by Farhan Akhtar – is due for release.
With 2 releases for Shahrukh in 2 months, SRK fans have a lot to look forward to this year end.
Ra One stars Shahrukh Khan as G.One and Kareena Kapoor plays SRK’s love interest. Interestingly, its Arjun Rampal who plays the title role of Ra.One, the villian. Shahana Goswami and Satish Shah are also a part of the superhero film.
