1) Positions - Team leader
Desired Profile:
· Strong Reasoning Ability.
· Matured thought process; Good judgment and decision-making skills.
· Team Management skills and ability to drive Quality and Productivity.
· Sound knowledge of designing appropriate Standard Operating Process (SOP's) and workflows. Excellent communication, comprehension and influencing skills.
· Proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem solving capability.
· Strong with People Management & should be well versed with conducting performance appraisals.
· Good with Current product / process knowledge and should have willingness to learn.
· Should be a self starter and self motivated.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manages day to day operations of the process and leads a team of approx 15-20 members.
· Understands operations metrics and should have had exposure to International business (BPO, KPO) / customers.
· Drives delivery as per the quality standards.
· Ability to proactively identify gaps, report on quality trends, make recommendations for improving and enhancing the existing framework / process.
· Needs to work very closely with client to proactively understand business needs and solutions to anticipated issues.
- Day-to-day management of operations team that works on tasks like Content creation, Content review, QA, User Support, Managing U2U Help Forums. Includes activities such as workflow management, tracking productivity & quality metrics and delivering on target
- Cross office and multiple stakeholder collaboration while managing multiple high intensity projects
- Manage large Geo projects involving setting up large teams, including sourcing/hiring and managing daily performance
- Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures
- Assist in operational logistics such as shift management along with global processes for budget and forecast management, including coordinating project prioritization, regional headcount and performing budget vs. actual analysis.

A) Position:- Interface Analyst – Semi Voice Process
Qualifications: Graduate (any discipline)
Prerequisites:

Salary Package: - 1.5 Lacs to 3 Lacs
Job description:
• Installation, Implementation, testing, and moving to production
status for assigned Interfaces
• Installation, set up, and testing of interface products from client
applications to third party healthcare information systems
• Fix problems during implementation and maintenance phases and update
corresponding documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and support to client Interface
product customers

B) Position: Technical Support Engineer

· Strong Background in intel client/Server, PC and LAN/WAN environment supporting oracle or sql server
