MERC Recruitment 2011 – various vacancies: The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) was established on August 5, 1999 under the Electricity Regulatory Commission Act, 1998. Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission – MERC has published a recruitment notification for the recruitment of Regulatory Expert, Regulatory Officers (Technical/Finance/Legal) and Stipendiary Regulatory Analysts (Technical/Finance/Legal) vacancies for the office of the Commission. Who are eligible aspirants may forward their application in prescribed format on or before 30-09-2011. MERC Recruitment vacancy details:
Name of the posts:
1. Regulatory Expert: 05 posts. Extendable up to 10
2. Regulatory Officer (Technical/Finance/Legal): 05 posts. Extendable up to 10
3. Stipendiary Regulatory Analysts (Technical/Finance/Legal): 05 posts. Extendable up to 10

Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is 30 to 35 years as on 30-09-2011.

Selection procedure: The eligible candidates will be short listed and called for interview and written test.

How to apply: The eligible candidates send their application in prescribed format, candidates must be typed in English on a good quality white A4 size paper and duly pasted with a signed latest passport size photograph, along with required essentials and enclosures to the following address on or before 30-09-2011, The Secretary, MERC, World Trade Centre, Centre No.1, 13th Floor, Cuffe Parade, Colaba, Mumbai–400005.

Last date for receipt of application: 30-09-2011.
