Age limit: The applicant shall have completed 21 years of age and not above 35 years of age as on 01-05-2011, Reservation as per rules.
Educational qualification: Applicant shall passed Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized university established in under a statute. Preference may be given to those applicants who are passed a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Management and good working knowledge of English and also one Regional Language preferably local language is desirable.
Application fee: The application fee is Rs 100/- (No fee for SC-ST candidates) shall be paid by cash only at the cash counter during working hours only of any Branch Office of Life Insurance Corporation of India under Account Code 114034.
Selection procedure: The mode of selection is written test/interview basis.
How to apply: The qualified and eligible candidates have to apply through online only from the www.licindia.in/careers.htm website on or before 26-04-2011. The candidates should follow the user guidelines and instructions at the time of registration of the online application.
Instructions to apply online:
1. Candidates have to apply through online www.licindia.in/careers.htm on or before 26-04-2011.
2. Before apply, candidates required to keep the details about bio data and application fee receipt ready to enable him/her to fill up the application form correctly.
3. Candidates are required to keep the original and photo copy of the fee receipt for future use.
4. Before applying, candidates check the details correctly filled in following a) LIC Branch Code b) Miscellaneous Collection Number c) Transaction Number d) Transaction Date.
5. After applying online, the candidates should take a print out of the application form for future use and affix a recent passport size photograph on the application form.
6. Four copies of the same photographs should be retained for use at the time of selection procedure.
7. The candidates can downloading the call letter for written test and interview from LIC website and affix the same photograph as pasted on the application form.
8. The call letter is compulsory to be brought by the candidate at the time of written test/interview along with fee receipt.
9. At the time of interview the candidates will bring the print out of application form, call letter, original and photocopy of fee receipt, original and attested photo copies of all necessary certificates.
