JNTU-HYD : Notification on Collection of OD fee (Pre-Convocation) along with the University Exam Fee

To improve the operational convenience, the OD registration and fee payement shall be carried along with the final semester universityexamination registrations of all courses. This procedure shall simplify the procedures for the dispatch of the OD certificates. Further, this initiation shall avoid preserving the OD certficates in the racks of the University Examination branch for decades.
The OD certificate fee shall be collected from the students by the respective college Principals, in addition to the PC fee which is already in implementation. If any student desires to get his OD pre-convocation, the only difference amount (between pre-convocation OD fee and the fee collected along with the final semester University exam fee) need to be paid by the student.
If the residential address/the address communication changes between the period of registration and the convocation, a provision shall be given by the examination branch, in the online registration portal to change their residential address.
These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.
